RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you need to request a return or exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name and ORDER NUMBER for instructions, and approval of your return. Please include the reason for your return/ exchange.
Return request must be sent to us within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days, after return approval. For your convenience, we can provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your return refund. We accept returns on full price orders*. Items must be in the condition it was received- unwashed and unworn and in original packaging, to be eligible for a return. Anything returned not following these guidelines are at the full discretion of Electric West, and may be subject to a restocking fee or return refusal. Please do not send items back without first emailing us for approval first.
**Please note all Vintage items, Sale items, and accessories are Final Sale. Any items purchased during a Sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We do not allow cancellations on any Vintage items after an order has been placed
Returns on orders that received FREE SHIPPING- if you are requesting a return on an item(s) and received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
If you'd like to exchange your item for another size, please email us to check exchange availability.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and return charges. By ordering from Electric West, the buyer agrees to these terms.
