We are still offering returns and exchanges during Covid- 19 but please help keep us safe. If you wish to make a return and you have..
-Knowingly been exposed to someone with Covid- 19
-Are quarantining due to possible exposure
-You or someone in your household have recently had Covid- 19
We ask you to please keep your item(s). We are doing everything possible to keep our office and work spaces germ free. Please keep this in mind, before contacting us regarding a return or exchange.
If you need to request a return or exchange, please send an email to email@example.com with your Name and ORDER NUMBER for instructions, and approval of your return.
Return request must be sent to us within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return approval. We accept returns on full price orders*. Items must be in the condition it was received- unwashed and unworn and in original packaging, to be eligible for a return. Anything returned not following these guidelines are at the full discretion of Electric West, and may be subject to a restocking fee or return refusal. Do not send items back without first emailing us for approval first.
**Please note all Vintage items, Sale items, and accessories are Final Sale. Any items purchased during a Sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We do not allow cancellations on any Vintage items after an order has been placed
Returns on orders that received FREE SHIPPING- if you are requesting a return on an item(s) and received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
If you'd like to exchange your item for another size, please email us to check exchange availability.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and return charges. By ordering from Electric West, the buyer agrees to these terms.
