Electric West is currently seeking 2 part time positions- Shipping Assistant and Vintage Manager
Shipping/ Office Assistant : Part time (8-10 hours a week. Must be available for a few hours in the morning 2-3 days a week)
You will be responsible for order fulfillment, stock inventory, quality control, assisting with wholesale orders and light office work.
- Detail and time oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be 18+ with valid CA drivers license
Vintage Manager : Part time (2-3 days a week) but could lead to full time for an individual that makes themselves an asset and wishes to grow with our small business
You will be responsible for the overall flow of our Vintage inventory and managing of current and new listings. You will be responsible for coordinating in house Vintage product shoots, as well as assisting with model recruitment, shooting, editing photos and writing product listings. You will also help with order fulfillment and inventory count. The right individual will be self disciplined, self motivated, and does not need to be micro-managed. Someone who can adapt to varying jobs as needed.
- Has a passion for Vintage clothing
- Can "wear many hats"
- Time oriented- able to work quickly and efficiently
- You do not need to have professional photos skills but must be comfortable taking photos with a digital camera and iphone.
- Detail oriented
- Experience/ knowledge of Vintage clothing is preferred
- Experience with Photoshop is a plus
- 18+ with a valid CA drivers license
- Must be located in San Diego
